Proposals may require a signature or deposit before scheduling and material ordering.

3. Use of Website & Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and location-specific pages, is the property of Gorilla Roof or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or misuse any content without written permission.

4. Warranties

Warranties vary depending on material manufacturer (Tamko, CertainTeed, IKO) and on the labor warranty issued by Gorilla Roof. Warranty terms will be provided in writing before service begins.

No verbal warranties are valid.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate property information
• Grant safe access to the roof and surrounding areas
• Remove vehicles or obstacles when necessary
• Notify us of any insurance claim details
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule

6. Payment Terms

Deposits may be required for scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.

For insurance claims, the deductible is always the homeowner’s responsibility under Colorado state law.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel before materials are ordered or before the project is scheduled. Once materials are purchased or work is scheduled, cancellation fees may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gorilla Roof is not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural issues
• Hidden damage not visible during initial inspection
• Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or manufacturer backlogs
• Damage resulting from homeowner neglect
• Incidental or indirect losses

Liability is limited to the cost of the roofing service provided.

9. Third-Party Tools & Analytics

We use third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and social media advertising platforms. We are not responsible for temporary outages or issues caused by these external tools.

10. Cookies & Tracking
